Politique d\u2019annulation et de remboursement<\/h1><\/div>\n\n

Raiatea Location \u2013 Raiatea, French Polynesia<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

1. Scope<\/h3>\n\n

This cancellation and refund policy applies to all services offered by Raiatea Location, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n\n

    \n
  • vehicle rentals (cars, scooters),<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • lagoon boat rentals,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • bungalow rentals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    Any reservation made with Raiatea Location implies full acceptance of this policy.<\/p>\n\n

    2. Booking Conditions<\/h3>\n\n

    All bookings are made upon request for a quote<\/strong> (via the website, email, phone, or messaging services).A reservation is considered confirmed only after written confirmation from Raiatea Location<\/strong> and, where applicable, payment of a deposit.<\/p>\n\n

    3. Cancellation by the Customer<\/h3>\n\n

    a) Free cancellation<\/h4>\n\n

    Any cancellation made more than 48 hours before the start date of the service is free of charge.Any deposit paid will be fully refunded.<\/p>\n\n

    b) Late cancellation<\/h4>\n\n

    For any cancellation made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date:<\/p>\n\n

      \n
    • the deposit paid will be retained as cancellation fees,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • no refund may be claimed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

      c) No-show<\/h4>\n\n

      In the event of a no-show at the scheduled date and time, the service will be considered cancelled and no refund will be granted.<\/p>\n\n

      \n\n

      4. Cancellation or Modification by Raiatea Location<\/h3>\n\n

      Raiatea Location reserves the right to cancel or modify a booking in case of force majeure (unfavorable weather conditions, technical issues, safety reasons, or exceptional circumstances).<\/p>\n\n

      In such cases, the customer may choose between:<\/p>\n\n

        \n
      • rescheduling the service, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • a full refund of the amounts paid, without entitlement to any additional compensation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
        \n\n

        5. Specific Conditions \u2013 Boat Rental<\/h3>\n\n

        Boat rentals are subject to weather and maritime safety conditions.<\/p>\n\n

          \n
        • If the rental is cancelled by Raiatea Location for safety or weather reasons, a full refund will be issued or the activity rescheduled, according to the customer\u2019s preference.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • If cancelled by the customer, the general cancellation conditions apply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
          \n\n

          6. Early Termination of Rental or Stay<\/h3>\n\n

          Any service that has started and is interrupted at the customer\u2019s initiative (early return, early vehicle or bungalow check-out) does not entitle the customer to any refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise by Raiatea Location.<\/p>\n\n

          7. Refund Procedure<\/h3>\n\n

          When applicable, refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the deposit, within a maximum period of 14 days from confirmation of the cancellation.<\/p>\n\n
